We have created all our packages to reflect the budget of a small organisation, and hope to help level the playing field slightly between the big corporations and us little guys.

We’re based in Haverhill near Cambridge in the UK - but we regular work with businesses and organisations in Newmarket, Sudbury, Bury St Edmunds, and Cambridge.

Because we understand where you are coming from, and that every penny counts, our business is actually rather unique – we have gone out our way to save money on our running costs, to pass these savings on to you. Here are just a few examples:

Instead of using big brand name software and equipment (which cost the earth) – we have researched alternatives which do exactly the same job, produce the same high quality results, but cost hundreds of pounds less to purchase and operate.

Our office is virtual… it doesn’t technically exist. Instead we run our entire operation from a group of home offices connected via the internet. There is no loss in service, and it always helps us out when we have to wait in all day for that washing machine to be delivered. We use the latest technology to communicate via instant messaging, emails, and web cam chats. So we are saving thousands of pounds a year on physical overheads alone.

Our phones run via the web, and so no line rental and huge bills to worry about. This explains why we have a national rate number for you to phone us – at the moment at least, there is no real way for us to operate our business with a local number (and no, we do not make any money from having a 08700 number!).

Our office is paperless! We send out all our invoices and correspondences via the web, which saves loads on postage, envelopes, and time to find a post office that hasn’t been closed yet.
